Site identity not showing

  Hey!
  I wanted to change Favicon for my website called ‘www.helensbeautybasement.com’.
  However when I go to appearance> Customize> then site identity button is not showing. I tried contacting siteground hosting support but they didn’t know.

  This forum is for sites hosted only using wordpress.com

  Your site is using self hosting using wordpress.org

  Since your hosting provider was unable to help please try the wordpress.org forum.
