Site Import from WordPress.com

Hello,
I am trying to import my WordPress site, https://cambridgemabiz.wordpress.com/ to this new account. I exported the file and imported to this account yesterday morning but I have not seen any update and have not received an email. Can you please let me know if this is still in process and when it might be complete?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It appears as if the importer got “stuck” during the process. I’ve deleted the job so you can upload your XML file again.

Hi, Thanks for your help with this. I tried uploading the file again and I still have not seen a change. It still says its processing and I haven’t had an email.

Why don’t I take a look at the file, and try my hand at the upload? You cannot attach a file here, so I’ll send you a private email to which you can attach the XML file.

Thanks so much for your email with that file. I’ve done some testing and the file itself looks good. I’m going to bring the issue to our developers and ask if they can take a look at why your import is failing. I’ll let you know the moment I have a solution for you!
