Site import stuck

    I tried to import a backup of my site from a wpress file (exported from another wordpress site), a few weeks ago but it never finished importing and when I go back to the ‘Import’ option again it still shows up as if it’s still busy importing! Does anyone know how I can fix this?

    Hey there, we can see a stuck import attempt from about four weeks ago. I’ve reset that for you.

    Right now I can’t access any errors, but if you’ll try again and keep us updated we may be able to catch any issues. You might also try clearing out any unmoderated spam, then make the export file again before re-importing here.
