Site inaccessible

  I chatted with someone on Friday from WP about problems I am having with my site. Edits and page additions were not showing up. The person said my SSL CDN was the problem and said it needed to be turned off. He did that and said the site would be OK in 4 to 12 hours. Well it has been over 20 hours and now I cannot access the site at all. Error message says the site is no longer available. I’m really getting irritated now that it has been over two weeks and I still can’t get the site set up!!! Need help ASAP.
