Site infected by Malware?

  I am afraid my site is infected with malware. Every now and then it happens that if you click on a link (mainly Read more), you are directed to another site. Sometimes Google Prize (as if you were selected to win a prize and are asked to fill in a quiz) and sometimes a site called Director7.icu with cyrillic/russian caracters. What can I do to solve this problem?
