Site instead of Blog

  Hi, it seems that I’ve created a domain and site instead of just a blog and I can’t get rid of it and now can’t use the name as my blog address.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  What is the name that you want to use as a blog address? If the format of the name is valid and the address is available, then you can create a site with that address. Alternately, an existing site address can be changed, as described in the Change a Blog Address support page.

  A “blog” is a type of website. To display your latest posts, instead of a static page, on the front page, go to Customize > Static Front Page > Front page displays, and choose “Your latest posts.”

  A “blog” is a type of website.

  For some, including myself, “blog” and “website” mean the essentially same thing with regard to WordPress.com. However, others use the term “blog” to imply a particular type of website in which the front page displays the latest posts, usually in reverse chronological order. Any WordPress.com site can be set up to do this, just as any WordPress.com site can display a static page as the front page.
