Site intermittently up and down – emails constantly coming through to say this

  Hi as above since Saturday morning I have been getting emails constantly throughout the weekend and today advising my site is offline then online and so on, repeatedly.

  Please could you give me advice as to what is happening? And what I can do about this please?
