Site is "active" but down?

I got an email to update my info but was out of pocket email wise for a majority of the weekend. Now, when I try to re-send the email, it says my contact info can’t be found, there’s no option to contact anyone and my site is still down. Please help???

I can confirm everything is working again.
Just to clarify what happened, when you registered your domain on 20 March you provided us with contact information for that registration.
As a domain provider we’re required by ICANN to verify that contact information, specifically the email address, and to suspend the domain if we can’t do that within a certain period of time. So your domain was suspended because it was never verified.
You’ve since verified it, and the domain has been reactivated, so you shouldn’t have any further problems going forward – once verified your domain stays verified unless you update your contact email to something else, at which point you’ll receive a new verification link. You’ll also receive an email each year asking if your contact info is still current, but you don’t need to take any action on that email if the contact details we have are still correct.
