Site is Blank

    I’m sure there’s a very simple solution to this…

    I just got WP today so that I can start to work on a blog I’m launching. I had already purchased the domain. I created an account, mapped the domain, and adjusted my settings to make my previously purchased domain primary.

    I then uploaded a cover image and created a short “Coming Soon” post (I’m not ready to launch yet but just wanted to get the hang of how WP works).

    Neither of those two things showed up on my site and the page is just completely blank. Is there a big red “LAUNCH” button I’m missing or is there a delay in changes showing up?

    I’m extremely new at this please take pity on me.

    Unfortunately, this isn’t the right WordPress forum to help with that problem. You appear to have a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software, but this forum is for blogs hosted here on WordPress.com. The two versions are different and have separate forums. Please post your question at the WordPress.org forum: https://wordpress.org/support/
