  My website is currently down and I cannot seem to login to the backend as well (i used to use emilygohyien.com/wp-admin to login).

  Hi,

  The domain hosting provider should be contacted. In your case it is GoDaddy.
  Since you use WordPress.org software.

  wordpress.com and wordpress.org are different.
  https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
