Site is down

My site is down! I think a bad plugin was installed. I am getting this error when I try to access the admin portal:
‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’
I don’t have access to FTP.WP.com: Unknown
Jetpack: Unknown
Correct account: UnknownThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

If possible I would like to restore the last version of the site before the plugin was installed (I’m not even sure which plugin was installed, I think a bunch of them installed at once while I was entering the theme editor).
The site is midnightcookie.ca. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi there –
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Looking at the site I can see the domain is registered through GoDaddy and it is hosted by simplificare-dns.com. That means you’re set up on the open source WordPress installation which is different from using our managed hosting services from WrodPress.com.
You should contact the hosting provider for help or try and post in the community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Additionally, we’d love to help you in the future. Using a managed hosting environment like ours provides you with more time to focus on content. Our team handles all the back end details like updates, security, seo, spam, mobile optimization, and so forth – leaving you to focus on content, and the rest to us.
Our hosting plans can be paid by the month or by the year. The yearly option offers a good savings. It is refundable for 30 days. We can upgrade/downgrade the plan at anytime to meet the demands of your project and budget. Those plans are visible on https://wordpress.com/pricing/
We offer a specialized service to import and build the site for you too if that’s of interest you can learn more on https://builtbywp.com/
