  Hi, My site is down and can not access admin to find a fix. Very new to this, and getting very frustrated. Been advised to remove pluggins, but can not get access to do so.

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because your site is not hosted on WordPress.com managed hosting.

  To explain, WordPress.com is a fully managed hosting provider that uses a custom server environment optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, and in-house support for your site questions.   You can move your site to WordPress.com so Happiness Engineer can provide in-house help, but as it stands now, they cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere. The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting.

  I wish someone would explain why my site isn’t hosted by wordpress.com, when wordpress.com is exactly what it says at the top of my admin page… Also, why is the link for help and assistance going here if here is not where I need to go?
