Can you review your upgrades and make sure everything is there and paid for? And was your site working before, but then stopped working – if so, when was it last working? Thanks!

  Thanks for writing to us. I can see there was a chargeback filed from your card or bank provider. That will need to be removed before we can proceed. Please contact them on the phone and then let us know once it has been removed.

  Hi there, the chargeback has already been “removed” with the bank. What they say is that the charge has to be done again and that they will let the payment go through. Additionally, I added a new (additional) payment method.
