  My site http://www.mikepackerblog.com is not showing up. Is this a hosting issue or is it a wordpress issue?

  It looks like you are asking about a self hosted site and this forum is unable to help you. This forum is for questions regarding WordPress.com accounts and websites. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different versions of WordPress, with different support forums. Difference between the two? https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
