  I wanted to change email address and details and wanted to change my website address diyola.com which i own from namecheap.com

  the site is down now. can you please resolve
  my email id is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Please never post your login credentials, as this is a public forum. There is no way of knowing who now has your login information when your site does come back up.
  Please change your password immediately.

  It looks like you are working with a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here.

  I would recommend searching on the WordPress.org support forums for similar issues. If you cannot find anything that works, you can start your own thread. The forums are completely separate from each other, so you will need to register an account there if you haven’t done so already.
