Site is down!

Hello. I have been helping an organization update their WordPress site, which is down. The page says it is temporarily unavailable and to contact tech support.
Theirs is a paid site but I am reaching out through one of my own personal accounts because the user name and password for the one operated by the organization is not working for some reason. I am rock solid certain that I am using the same credentials that were working recently.
From what I understand, their payments are up to date and I have no reason to think someone would have changed the user name and password.
What can I do to resolve this? It needs to be resolved asap.

It appears that your site (alexfilmfest.com) is up and running again. There are many sites that you can utilize to determine if a site is down for you or for everyone.
A quick note that your site is actually hosted by Blue Host – you’ll want to contact to their support staff if you find that your site is down in the future.
Alternatively, you can visit https://wordpress.org/support/, which is for those with a self-hosted WordPress site to get support. This site is specifically for WordPress.com hosted sites.
