Hi, our website fullbalance.com is down and I can’t log into the admin account. Can someone please help or advise?

I see that your WordPress site fullbalance.com is a self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) site and not a WordPress.com site.
You can learn the differences between a self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) site and a WordPress.com site here.

For questions related to self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org), you will have to ask on self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) community forums. Note that you might need an account to post on self-hosted WordPress forums. You can create one here.
Although here is a tip that might help solve your login issues. I see that fullbalance.com/wp-admin is forced to open on HTTPS. If you recently made changes to your WordPress setup by enforcing a HTTPS login, you might have to undo it.
The best place for help though would be self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) forums, in the link shared earlier.
