  Hello my site is down, but I have the site archives and I am trying to figure out how to get the archives onto the WordPress to have the site up and running , please contact me ASAP

  Are you trying to import the site to our servers, or are you keeping the self-hosted installation at Go Daddy?

  If you’ll be hosting the site here with us, you will need to create a site, then import through My Site > Import. You would just need to be sure that the backup file you have is a standard WordPress export, and you would need to be sure your images are still accessible.

  If you’re keeping the site with GoDaddy, try contacting them to see what they would recommend for restoration. They may already have backups for you. Or, you can use the documentation and help available at WordPress.org.
