  Hey guys, my site is down, I have acess to my account but it is stating ‘DNS configuration required’ there was an issue with domain mapping payment recently but it was sorted.
  Domain mapping was paid to retain
  scottishbordersgreens.org
  Can you help? Let me know what I need to do if I am missing something.

  Who did you pay Domain mapping to? Here at WordPress.com? A domain and mapping a domain are two different things. It appears that the domain itself has expired.

  Yes paid to WordPress.
  Hmm I am not the savviest with such things it was an admin who has since left who set up the domain name and the payment.

  Can I ask how it can expire?
  It is a free plan with WordPress with the added extra of a domain name.
  Is there a host seperate from WordPress involved?
  As I said it was another person who set up the domain name so I am clueless as to what he did.
  I’d truly appreciate knowing how I rectify this…

  Yes. The front page of your site says:

  scottishbordersgreens.org This domain has expired. Is this your domain?

  So as the domain wasn’t purchased here at WordPress.com you’ll need to approach Directnic for advice.
