site is down

My site http://www.wardparkwayhomes.com is inaccessible. I am not a tech person. I am a volunteer. We have no tech team. I got an email from wordpress, but being a nontech person, I do not understand what it means.

I’m afraid your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software (including issues with Jetpack), and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.

However, I am having no trouble accessing http://www.wardparkwayhomes.com/. So perhaps you were able to get the issue sorted out?

Wordpress the company was ZERO help. Their customer service line is a recording that hangs up on you, but 3 hours of great customer service from GoDaddy resolved the issue. Thank you for checking!

WordPress isn’t a company. It’s free software made by a community of unpaid volunteers on WordPress.org. WordPress.com, where you’re posting now, is a hosting provider for that software, like GoDaddy.
Neither we nor WordPress.org provide phone support, so I don’t know who you called, but it wasn’t us.
