Site is down and shows 500 error

  Hi there, site https://oneclassblog.com is down, admin panel is down and API requests are not working as well. We are hosting on wordpress so dont have access to the servers, please help ASAP

  Cant attach screenshots, but here it is output
  “500 Internal Server Error
  An error occurred while processing this request.”

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
