Site is down / can’t access wp-login

Hi there – my friend’s website (a local beauty salon business) is down – giving me a Not Secure warning. The HTTP version of the site is also not working, and I can’t access wp-login. Has anyone experienced this before? I had been previously helping with some page content, title tags/meta descriptions, and structured data markup. Site was working fine until today.
