Site is down, can’t get it working

    Hello!

    I paid for an additional three months for my site through BlueHost — which as I understand, is linked with you guys. My site is destinyillustration.com, and I paid somewhere around 50.00 to get it running again and it still says the site can’t be reached. Paid this two weeks ago and still no luck, please help! I want to move my site to a different webhosting service because I’ve just had tons of trouble since getting it started with you guys.

    Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open source WordPress.org software and it is hosted by Bluehost. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.

    We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us.
