Site is down. Says too many redirects.

    My site no longer loads and gives me an error saying it redirected too many times. I have no clue how to fix this. Help!

    Hi there,

    Your site is connected to your account via the Jetpack plugin, but it’s not hosted with us on WordPress.com, and using the open source WordPress.org software, so I’m afraid we don’t have any control over your site to help with this.

    Loading issues like you describe are usually due to a problem on the server, in which case contacting your hosting provider will be the best option for help troubleshooting and fixing it.

    But that said, your site is loading fine for me. If you’re still getting the error, that points to a problem with your internet connection being the most likely problem, either in your local network, or perhaps an issue at your ISP.

    So try rebooting your modem/router and clear your browser cache and your computer’s DNS cache and see if that helps. If not, see if you can load your site using a VPN or a different internet connection. If that helps, contact your ISP for help, as the issue is then most likely on their end.
