Site is down/gone

    I work as the website support for pergolasupreme.com. This morning, I received a call from my employer that he cannot load the site. I checked and I cannot load it, the admin login page, or find out who is hosting to get in contact with them. I am relatively inexperienced in this, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
