"Site is encrypted, but Google Chrome has detected mixed content.."

My site is being marked as such:
Your connection to the site is encrypted, but Google Chrome has detected mixed content on the page. Be careful if you’re entering information on this page. Mixed content can provide a loophole for someone to manipulate the page. This content could be third- party images or ads embedded on the page.
Because of this, problems are being encountered when there is a hyperlink to the site. I’ve always used mixed content and never had this problem. Why now? And how can it be fixed?
Thanks in advance.

We don’t currently have any way to attach an SSL to a custom domain. We are continuing to research how this might be a possibility in the future, but at the present time it isn’t something which we can put in to place.
