Site is experiencing technical difficulties

    Hi
    I am getting a message that my site is experiencing technical difficulties. When I check Site Health I get the following critical error. Are you able to assist? I was trying to get Ninja Forms to work and ended getting this message. I tried deactivating all of my plugins then reactivating them again and that’s when I got this message. New to WordPress and no experience with websites whatsoever.
