Site is gone

My 1 year hosting subscription, fatcow, recently expired with out warning. I decided to go with a different hosting provider, blue host.
When i log into my WordPress account my blog that i started last June is no longer there. I am not able to access it.
How to update the hosting of my site – anchorsandelephants.com to the new hosting provider?

This is extremely frustrating because my site has been down since end of May and I cant get anyone at WP to help. I have tried the phone number and just get disconnected.

    Domain:
    anchorsandelephants.com
    Temporary URL:
    http://50.87.248.184/~anchoru5/
    Email Server:
    mail.anchorsandelephants.com
    Name Server 1:
    ns1.bluehost.com
    Name Server 2:
    ns2.bluehost.com

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi,
I’m sorry you’re having such a frustrating time.

This forum is only designed to support sites hosted at WordPress.com, so we aren’t going to be able to help you much.

Your site (ANCHORSANDELEPHANTS.COM) looks like it was running self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) on FatCow. All of your site files lived on FatCow’s servers, not at WordPress.com, and FatCow is the only one who would be able to give you a copy of your site files/database. If your hosting account with them expired more than a month or two ago, it’s very likely that this content was deleted but you would have to ask them to be sure. If it’s gone, you could copy/paste text from the archive.org copy of your site at https://web.archive.org/web/20160309193629/http://anchorsandelephants.com/ into your new one.

In order to point your URL to your new hosting space, you’ll need to enter the new nameserver info with your registrar. It looks like this is http://www.domain.com. If you don’t have login info, you’ll need to ask FatCow; they are listed as the technical contact for your site.
