I am afraid to say that deleting a website is a permanent action and you can’t use the URL again.
Please read this warning in this support document.

It seems you have deleted that site.
If you delete a blog you will not be able to get it back and no one else will be able to use that blog address. You must be sure you never want to use the blog again if you delete it.

From looking at the tgsalas.wordpress.com log, you deleted it one month ago and as @ravichahar and @staartmees already said, there’s no way to recover neither its address nor its contents.
