    Hello, our site ‘www.limpo.ae’ disappeared and a random name ‘limpoae.wordpress.com’ comes through. And site looks totally different. Is it related to a payment or what? Kindly support us earliest since we need the site urgent. Thank you.

    P.S. I hope we can recover our website as before.

    Hey there,

    Many thanks for reaching out.

    It looks like http://www.limpo.ae is currently pointing to WordPress.com (limpoae.wordpress.com) – and there’s no plan on the site, hence that behaviour.

    Were you currently hosting the site with another provider? If yes, you would need to change the domain name servers back to the their original provider.
