  WP.com has multiple layers of security protection – https://wordpress.com/support/security/
  If you can access the site, I recommend changing your password: https://wordpress.com/support/passwords

  The links in the menu all go to a Chinese gamblingsite.

  If someone was able to get access to your site, it also means they must have full access to your mail and possibly also your computer or smartphone by the means of spyware.
