SIte is hacked please Help

    hello WordPress team!

    This is Hasnain shaikh the owner of Petscaring.org when I type my Url into any search engine so my website download a file automatically I can’t even access my wp-admin panel i only access the hosting panel whenever I try to open my website, my website download software I don’t know why this is happening I think WordPress security is not safe :( please try to help my website Petscaring.org. it’s my first blog and I did many efforts on it. Thanks

    petscaring.org appears to use the WordPress software and is hosted with another company than WordPress.com. In order to get help with your website, we do suggest contacting either your host’s own customer support, or alternatively the community forums of WordPress.org:
