Site is not connected to WordPress.com

  Hi!
  I’ve been working for this website hebermarket.com and the client just asked us why she got this message after she tried to give a refund: “A refund of $80.00 USD failed to complete: Site is not connected to WordPress.com”
  I googled this error but I didn’t find something that could help!

  Hi @gusignition,

  The hebermarket.com domain is not associated with any site hosted on WordPress.com, however is Jetpack-connected. What is the refund for?

  The domain itself is registered with GoDaddy, while the site is hosted with Dreamhost — I suggest reaching out to either of those.

  Actually, Jetpack wasn’t connected when I posted here, maybe that was the reason.
  But I’ll double-check with GoDaddy and Dreamhost. Thanks for your response!
