Site is not displayed, Jetpack cannot be configured

  • Unknown's avatar

Hello, after a hosting migration, one of my sites (linkviajes.com) is not displayed at ‘My sites’, Jetpack is unable to connect from wordpress (I’ve removed it and reinstalled already, still error) probably as site is still connected at wordpress.com but not displayed, could you disconnect the site to reset the token so Jetpack can be reconfigured from our self hosted wordpress?.
I’m only seeing planetasurf.com (another site) but in the unread alerts I can see multiple linkviajes.com related alerts, as example ‘Jetpack Monitor still can’t reach http://www.linkviajes.com'(probably during migration) or ‘Your stats are booming! Linkviajes.com is getting lots of traffic.’
I’m the owner of Linkviajes.com, manage domain, cpanel and wordpress, please let me know if you need me to do anything for validation.
    Thank you

  • Hi there –

From what I can tell linkviajes.com does not have the Jetpack plugin installed. I am using https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/?url=linkviajes.com to look for errors/problems with the connection.

Write back once the Jetpack plugin has been installed and is activated on linkviajes.com and we can provide more troubleshooting help at that point.
