Site is not displaying: Expired domains & grace period

  Site is inaccessible to view.
  Domains are current on registrar, but indicate expired in WP as of Feb 18 & 20.
  I renewed as directed in WP, but they’re still displaying as expired.
  Help?

  Hi Deb,

  I found that the two domain mapping are in separate accounts. The one is your account is:

  momentusleadershipsummit.com

  Note that domain mappings and domain registrations are separate. You may have renewed the registration, but the mapping goes through us. That must also be renewed for your site to remain up.

  That expired 5 days. Please go to Store > My Upgrades to renew.

  Please log into the other account, and go to Store > My Upgrades to renew the other domain mapping:

  momentusleadershipsummit.org
