  I have been talking to support for over a week and my site is still not working. I am loosing money and can’t afford leaving my site inoperable.
  What can you do to assist?

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  I’ve checked it, and the site vebonow.com.br is not hosted on the WordPress.com servers. We can not help here with sites that are not hosted with us, as we have no access to your site, and our support tools will not work.
