Site is not live. Critical error message.

  Wordpress has been nothing but trouble from day 1. For months, only some pages loaded, then only Home, as if all others had been deleted. It never worked on Chrome. Now the site isn’t live at all and I’m getting a critical error message. I want my money refunded for the months it’s been inactive, and future months. I want to close my account and be refunded because tbis is WordPress’ fault and I’m sick of it.

  How do I get an actual customer service agent to help me??
