  Hello,
  I have created a test site for which I was aimed to purchase premium plan but unfortunately site and customizing tools are getting load. What should I do?
  I am embarrassed with this situation.

  What is the address (URL) of the site that isn’t loading for you? The site https://impoint.wordpress.com/ loads rapidly on my desktop PC.
