site is not opening in r8 manner and taking lot time

  i just shifted domain from cyberks.com to cyberks.net and again uploaded backup on hosting ..but now site is not opening exactly taking lot time…i contacted hosting but they said evrything is r8 from their end………chk yours backup….please help in domain cyberks.net
