site is not responding

  I am an administrator for firsthendersonumc.org and had problems getting to our sermon page and adding new information, but it was blocked for some reason. Checking online for help, a comment said to disable all plugins, I did that and was able to work on the page; however, afterwards, I enabled the plugins and now can’t get into anything. The site won’t even load now. I tried to use FileZilla, but it won’t let me log in to get to the plugin files to deactivate them again…nothing is working for me. please help!!!! Karen

  The site I need help with is firsthendersonumc.org. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.

  Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:

  If you suspect a specific plugin is causing this, contact support for that plugin directly instead.

  For help accessing your site’s files using FileZilla, you’ll need to contact your hosting provider’s support.
