Site is not working

  Hi

  It is saying that http://www.shh.org.au is not renewed, it is and has been on automatic rewal always we have double checked, please fix the site

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Your account does not own that domain, but it looks like the account that does own it has already renewed it.

  The reason it did not auto-renew is because the credit card we have on file for the upgrade expired early in 2014. To update the payment details and re-enable auto-renew, please log in as the account that owns the domain, visit the Purchases page, click on the upgrade, and click Update Payment Details.

  Is this s new thing? From what I can gather payment was never required using your own domain?

  Domain mapping has always been a paid upgrade. The first payment for that domain was made in 2012.

  But now mapping has changed to only plans?

  For new accounts. For the time being older accounts should still be able to buy domain mapping upgrades independent of plans. Once a site has a plan you can also buy as many additional domains for that site as you’d need.
