Site is not working, Need to upgrade WordPress plan

    Hi,
    My site https://pristinecentre.com is not working and my wordpress plan is expired after several reminders how can i revive it with all data

    Correct account: Unknown

    Hi there,

    I see you used to have the Business Plan, but that expired in November 2011 already, following which your site reverted to the free plan, and all plugins were removed.

    To use plugins again you can upgrade to our new Pro plan, but I’m afraid because it has been so long all backups for your site have already been removed, and it’s no longer possible to restore your plugins and data automatically.

    If you had specific content that was added via a plugin there’s a chance the content still exists in the site’s database, in which case reinstalling the plugin should restore the content. But there’s no way to guarantee that.

    You mean 2021 not 2011 i gues

    Oops, yes that would be 2021 — we didn’t have that particular plan in 2011.

    We do keep backups for a while, but with it having been this long, chances are slim. If you’d like to give it a shot, I’d recommend upgrading then contacting support to see what can be restored.
