Site is randomly unsubscribing email followers

  Hello, I’ve asked this question now many times. WordPress is randomly kicking off email subscribers to my site. I’ve been kicked off myself several times and also confirmed with others that they have found themselves unsubscribed when they did not choose to unsubscribe themselves. Can someone please help me??? Why is this happening? How do I make it stop?
