My site was taken offline due to a billing issue. I want to renew and recover it, but I can’t access support without an active plan. Can someone from staff please assist with restoring access or confirming if it’s still recoverable? Site: cs2trading.wordpress.com
I didnt have it on auto-billing and was on vacation. But i cant find anything about the website on wordpress anymore.. except the reciept.

I just checked for available backups of your site with lapsed Business plan subscription — we still have your backup from the day it expired. ✅
Given this, feel free to upgrade the site again (I see you already added a Business plan to the checkout), and follow the instructions from this guide (skip to Step 2):
If your site’s Business or Commerce plan expires or you renew it too late, features like plugins and third-party themes are removed from your site. If you wish to recover your website from before, you can resubscribe and restore a backup. Follow the steps in this guide to return your website to how it was before your plan expired. Step 1: Renew Your Plan The first step to restoring your si🗓️ Once you access the backups, change the date to 2025-04-22 and restore the site to that day.
💡 If that backup doesn’t restore your site to how it was, try the backup from 2025-04-23.
