Site is still running but cannot access dashboard

My site https://azukibc.wordpress.com/ is still running, but when I click edit on any page, I get a generally blank grey screen with this line in the center: Select a site to start writing
However, it doesn’t display anything to select, just two grey boxes below it that looks like it’s supposed to be options. When I click Mysites in the upper left corner, I see a blinking grey box at the corner that keeps saying “Loading My Sites” forever. When I click on Site > Pages, it says “You haven’t published any pages yet. Would you like to publish your first page?” Similarly, when I click Posts, it says “You haven’t created any content yet.”
When I click on the figure icon on the upper right, It does show my account name, so it’s not some stupid user error like I didn’t log in… Under Profile, when I click Account Settings, again, my email address, primary site, web address, etc, all show an empty grey box.
I have been using the same computer Mac running Mojave and Chrome browser for years and it has never been any problem. I’ve updated Chrome and cleared cache and data.
Any help is most appreciated. Thank you so much for taking your time to help, as I am at a loss.

* Clear your browser’s cache and cookies:
* Check that JavaScript is enabled and supported by your browser:
* Disable any ad-blocking and security extensions on your browser
* Log-out and log back into your WordPress.com account.
* Check that you’re using the latest version of your browser:
* Try another browser:
