  i can not access live chat because word press won’t let me log in to the administrative site. adversely so i can not go to my site because it says it is not secure.

  What browser are you using? Does it happen if you try a different browser? Are you using any browser extensions? Can you try disabling them and seeing if that changes things?

  Is http://blissfulmoondesigns.wordpress.com/ the site you cannot access? What happens if you go to https://blissfulmoondesigns.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ ?
