  My site isn’t working! It says it doesn’t exist – email says AutoSSL renewal may cause a reduction of coverage? And “thewrigleyway” does not resolve to any IP4V address on the internet? I don’t know what it means but I have looking deadlines! Help!

  Hi there,

  What site are you speaking of? We automatically issue, maintain and renew SSL certificates for all sites on WordPress.com, but we don’t send any emails when a SSL certificate renews, so I don’t think you’re speaking of a WordPress.com site.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software, you need to contact your hosting provider for help with this, as SSL is configured on their end. We can’t help with SSL on sites not hosted on our servers.
