Site Issue – Domain

  Hi Guys,
  So, I have a site, we moved the main one to a different host, for more options. I want to transfer an new domain onto the old one, however, its now apparently impossible to get back in. I followed the instructions however when I pressed save, it fails to connect.

  I can point the godaddy domain to here, but, I cant seem to access it to find the wordpress url for the site

  Apparently I need this

  “need to get the WordPress host IP address and add the WordPress IP address in the domain DNS A record!”

  How do I find that?

  I don’t see any custom domains under your account, could you please let us know what’s the domain in question and what exactly are you looking to do with it? Once we know more details, we’ll be able to advise :)
