I bought this the other day from you guys now my web designer says he can’t set up the site. I am unsure what to do, I have clients and no site for them to go to. I have sent a bunch of emails to cust. support but still do not have a viable answer. I set up the domain and paid extra but so far it’s useless. I have no idea how to navigate it. Can someone please contact me today so I can get this taken care of? This website domain name is listed below. kandmliterarymanagement.com/

Hi, so I think I logged in under (email visible only to moderators and staff) or it may have been (email visible only to moderators and staff). I lost the password for that one. Once we’ve verified you own the other account we can help you cancel your upgrades, but it appears you’ve also filed a payment dispute against us for the recent payment. When you dispute a charge you are essentially accusing us of fraud, and the payment is frozen pending an investigation. Additionally, your site is locked pending payment of a chargeback fee. If you are willing to cancel the dispute we might still be able to refund you ourselves once you’ve regained access to the correct account. Otherwise you will need to wait for our payment processor to complete their investigation, which could take eight to twelve weeks before you’ll receive a refund, and then only if PayPal finds in your favour with the dispute.
