  please help.

  My sites have links to me in russian, I cannot change it. My little bell won’t open to review messages. One site is showing 193 posts, but none are visible. What is wrong with my blog?

  I’m not sure I understand what do you mean. What Russian links are you referring to? Where on your site do you see them?
  There are several sites under your account, which is the one you’re having problems with?
